Please help still looking for an answer

I would be grateful if anyone could assist with this.

I need this to work as I could get around an attachment array boundary limit in my LotusScript Web Service Consumer if I could use the post method rather than agent WSDL consumer call as this would allow me to send the attachment as a base64 encoded string (2Gb) inside a formatted soap wrapper instead of a Byte array (64k).
